Lemon Pie is run through Outasight Marketing and Events so being marketers we know how to throw a hell-of a good party! And we want to make your event or celebration the sweetest we possibly can!
So, you tell us what you are thinking and we can make it happen. We also know that sometimes it’s hard to know where to start and you can just need some ideas to get your started and we can help with that too!
Our events are bespoke so we can have signature cocktail made, desserts and cakes, grazing tables - just to name a few.

Lemon Pie is a 1969 Freeway event caravan that is 100% made in Dunedin.
This beautifully restored caravan will be the cherry on top of your celebration and will make your event just that little touch sweeter.
The perfect addition to any wedding, corporate event, birthday party, Sunday garden party or even hens party! Our aim is to create an event just for you - so it can be as little or big as you like, even ones for the little ones!
Your Day, Your Way…
It all starts with getting Lemon Pie booked in for your event and then you can add on different elements to make it uniquely yours depending on what you are thinking
Lemon Pie is yours for a minimum of 3 hours for $500 + GST. Then for every additional hour on-top is $150 + GST. This includes 2 water dispensers and 36 glasses. Set up will be an hour prior and rubbish will be removed after the event.

Maybe you are looking for a grazing table, high tea, nibbles, buffet or delicious deserts we can get this sorted for you. We have a registered catering company so we can help with grazing tables, mini grazers, kids cookie decoration packs and even picnic hampers!
Drinks
Signature cocktails, beer, wine, BYO you name it, we do it!
Flowers
Dried or fresh flowers display. We’ll make your event look the prettiest it can be.
Desserts
Fancy a dessert table, a donut wall or even your own bespoke dessert made right in front of your eyes? We can do this and the sky is the limit to tempt your sweet tooth.
What drinks can you serve?
We can either sort the drinks or you can BYO Beer (tap or bottled) cider, wine, champagne, spirits, cocktails / mocktails, any soft drinks including iced coffee & chocolate and mineral water.
We can also have a signature cocktail or mocktail made for your party with a cocktail artist.
Can you serve tea & coffee?
Yes you can add on a coffee package and we can serve white or black Nespresso or filter coffee and a selection of tea.
Do you do table service?
This can be arranged on request especially during a seated dinner service - additional service staff fee's may apply subject to guest numbers. Our staff will roam around, pick up empty glasses and bottles throughout the event.
Where are we based and do we travel?
We are based in Dunedin but we do travel further afield to Invercargill, Oamaru, Wanaka, Queenstown, Arrowtown, Clyde and Cromwell - pretty much where-ever you are. Transport costs will be included in your quote.
